In its first reaction since yesterday, it was admitted by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday that Swati Maliwal, a Rajya Sabha MP and the former chief of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), was "misbehaved" with by Bibhav Kumar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s former personal assistant.
During a press conference, it was stated by AAP leader Sanjay Singh that, "Yesterday, a condemnable incident took place.
Swati Maliwal had gone to Arvind Kejriwal’s residence to meet him.
While she was waiting for him in the drawing room, Vaibhav Kumar allegedly misbehaved with her.
The CM has taken cognisance of the matter, and appropriate action will be taken."
