Starmer insists Labour won't raise taxes for working people

Sir Keir Starmer has insisted his party won't raise income tax, national insurance or VAT levels if they win the election, and neither will there be a return to austerity.

Sir Keir said his first priority would be to grow the economy if he secures victory and forms a government after the election.
