Keir Starmer promises 'no tax surprises' in manifesto

Sir Keir Starmer has promised there will be "no tax surprises" ahead of the launch of the Labour party's manifesto this Thursday.

"There will be no tax surprises in there, we're not going to increase tax on working people and that means no increases on income tax, national insurance or VAT," he said.
