A day after the Kuki militant group leader’s house was burnt down in Manipur, fresh gunfight erupted in the state which is already burning since the clashes broke out on May 3.
A mob allegedly tried to loot weapons from a camp of the Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) in Manipur's Thoubal district on Tuesday, leading to a clash with the security forces in which a 27-year-old man was killed and an Assam Rifles jawan shot at.
