Mortgage lenders have arrived at Downing Street ahead of talks with Chancellor Jeremy Hunt to discuss the Bank of England’s decision to raise the interest rate to 5%.
Virgin Money's David Duffy, NatWest's Alison Rose, Lloyd's Charlie Nunn and Nationwide's Debbie Crosbie were among the CEOs spotted going in to see the Chancellor.
