J K Rowling challenges Scottish hate crime law, UK govt comes out in her support

First Minister Humza Yousaf has defended the Scottish Government's controversial new hate crime law which has come into effect today. Critics have expressed concern that it would limit free speech and be used for vexatious complaints.
