No Confidence Motion: संसद के मॉनसून सत्र के पहले दिन लोकसभा में जमकर हंगामा देखने को मिला। इस दौरान बीजेपी और विपक्षी गठबंधन INDIA जमकर एक दूसरे पर हमलावर होता दिखाई दिया। अविश्वास प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा के दौरान गौरव गोगोई (Gaurav Gogoi) ने सीधा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी (Narendra Modi) पर निशाना साधा और कहा कि अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लाना हमारी मजबूरी थी. हम मणिपुर के इंसाफ के लिए अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लेकर आए. हम सिर्फ मणिपुर पर पीएम मोदी का बयान चाहते हैं. उन्होंने कहा, 'प्रधानमंत्री को स्वीकार करना होगा कि मणिपुर में उनकी डबल इंजन सरकारविफल हो गई है. इसलिए वहां 150 लोगों की मौत हुई, लगभग 5 हजार घर जला दिए गए, लगभग 60 हजार लोग राहत शिविरों में हैं, जबकि 6500 एफआईआर दर्ज की गई हैं.' गौरव गोगोई ने आगे कहा, 'मुख्यमंत्री को बातचीत का, शांति और सद्भाव का माहौल बनाना चाहिए था, लेकिन उन्होंने पिछले 2-3 दिनों में भड़काऊ कदम उठाए हैं जिससे समाज में तनाव पैदा हो गया है.'
