Starmer and Zelenskyy sign '100-year partnership' in Kyiv

Sir Keir Starmer and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy have signed a "100-year partnership" treaty in Kyiv, guaranteeing the country's security for a century.

The prime minister is in Ukraine for the first time since he took office in July.
