Starmer and Zelenskyy lay wreaths for fallen soldiers

Sir Keir Starmer and Volodymyr Zelenskyy have laid wreaths at The Wall of Remembrance of the Fallen for Ukraine, as the prime minister visits Kyiv to sign a new long-term partnership deal with Ukraine.

Starmer's unannounced visit is his first trip to the country since he took office in July.
