Ed Davey pledges to tackle 'menace' potholes

Sir Ed Davey has promised to tackle the "potholes epidemic" by reallocating £300m from the roads budget at the next Parliament.

The Liberal Democrat leader adds, "this is a nationwide issue", as his party aims to fix 1.2 million potholes a year.
