Minister: PM leaving D-Day events early clearly a mistake

Mark Harper defends Rishi Sunak for missing events during D-Day commemorations in Normandy, insisting the prime minister was at "all of the events in Normandy that were with British veterans".

The transport secretary does admit that it was "clearly a mistake" to leave early before the main international event.
