Paula Vennells breaks down in tears at Post Office Inquiry

Former Post Office chief executive Paula Vennells broke down in tears as she faced questioning on the third day of giving evidence to the Horizon IT inquiry.

"I loved the post office.

I worked as hard as I possibly could to deliver the best post office for the UK," Ms Vennells said.
