Pressure mounts on Government over cancer-linked drug

Pressure is mounting on the Government after over 100 women came forward to ITV News, believing they were exposed to Diethylstilbestrol, a controversial drug linked to cancer.

Prescribed on the NHS for decades to prevent miscarriage, the drug's risks were known but not acted upon.

Following recent reports, the chair of the Health Select Committee urged the Government to take further action to support affected families.
