Braverman meets British ambassador ahead of US speech

Suella Braverman has met with the British ambassador, Karen Pierce, ahead of her speech on global migration challenges whilst on a visit to the US.

The home secretary is expected to say that politicians need to consider whether international refugee rules are "fit for our modern age" or are in need of reform.
