Justice secretary makes statement on terror suspect escape
Justice Secretary Alex Chalk tells MPs in the House of Commons that an independent investigation into the escape of terror suspect Daniel Khalife will take place.
Mr Chalk says that "strapping" was found underneath a delivery vehicle which he added may indicate Khalife held on to the underside of it in order to escape.
