Prime minister 'regrets' Williamson appointment

The prime minister insists he was unaware of "any of the specific concerns" relating to Sir Gavin Williamson's tenure as defence secretary and chief whip after his resignation over bullying claims. Rishi Sunak tells MPs at Prime Minister's Questions that he "obviously" regrets bringing Williamson back into the cabinet as he faces questions over his judgment.
