Market Closing: Indian indices rose for the second day in a row on Monday, with the Sensex rising 1335.05 points to 60,611.74, and the Nifty closing at 18,053.40, up 382.95 points, on mixed global cues.
The Sensex surpassed 60,000 for the first time since January 19, and the Nifty surpassed 18,000 for the first time since January 19.
