Bihar former MLA organises dance programme, COVID norms flouted
As the country is struggling with the second wave of coronavirus, Bihar former MLA Munna Shukla organised a dance programme in Lalganj on April 23.
Despite the night curfew imposed by the state government, large number of people came at the programme.
Bhojpuri famous actress Akshara Singh also attended the event and was seen dancing with Shukla's family.
COVID norms were flouted at the event and many were seen without masks including former MLA Shukla.
