COVID: CM Yediyurappa chairs emergency meeting after highest spike in cases

Amid continuous surge in COVID-19 cases, Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa held an emergency meeting at his residence on April 16.

State Health Minister Dr K Sudhakar and other senior officials were present at the meeting.

Karnataka reported highest single-day spike with 14,738 COVID cases and 66 deaths in last 24 hours.
