Centre prohibits export of Remdesivir injections
Amid growing demand of Remdesivir injections and shortage in parts of India due to rising COVID cases, Government of India prohibited the export of the drug and its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients till the COVID19 situation in the country improves.
Remedesvir is considered to be a key drug to battle complicated cases of coronavirus.
Long queues have been seen outside medical stores to buy Remdesivir injections amid shortage.
