DMK, Congress have not understood ethos of Madurai: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a jibe at safety and dignity of women under DMK and Congress' rule.

He also accused DMK of making peace-loving Madurai into mafia pertaining family complications.

"They have not understood the ethos of Madurai, no wonder, leaders keep insulting women again and again," said PM Modi.
