NCT (Amendment) Bill 2021 should be sent to Select Committee: Kharge

The Leader of Opposition (LoP) in Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge on March 24 demanded that the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2021 be sent to select committee.

LoP Kharge said, "It should be presented as a constitutional amendment and not like act.

There are various flaws in this bill." "It should be sent to select committee," he added.
