Cummings ignores questions about second Covid wave

Dominic Cummings has ignored questions by reporters over whether more could have been done to prevent a second coronavirus wave.

The former chief adviser to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson appears before the Commons Science and Technology Committee on Wednesday to give evidence about a new scientific research fund agency he championed.
