WB Assembly elections: BJP delegation meets EC

A BJP delegation including party's general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya met Chief Election Commissioner of India (ECI), Sunil Arora on March 04.

Speaking on the meeting, Vijayvargiya said, "In Hubli, Mamata Banerjee said that we will play.

What does 'play' means?

It means occupying the polling booth, intimidating voters and no fair elections.

TMC wants to try to 'play' all this and keeping this in mind, we have informed the Election Commissioner about all the information...They are also violating code of conduct of elections." West Bengal Legislative Assembly elections are scheduled to be held in 8 phases, from March 27 to April 29, 2021.
