India witnesses spike in COVID cases for 5th consecutive day
1,17,45,552 beneficiaries have been vaccinated for COVID-19 across India .
The country also reported 10,584 new COVID-19 cases and 13,255 discharges on Feb 23.
With new infections, the COVID tally of the country stood at 1,10,16,434 while, active cases stand at 1,47,306.
With 78 deaths in last 24 hours, death toll rose to 1,56,463.
