COVID: India continues to record over 16,000 cases

A total of 1,43,01,266 beneficiaries have been vaccinated for COVID-19 across India.

The country also reported 16,752 new COVID-19 cases and 11,718 discharges on Feb 28.

With new infections, the COVID tally of the country stood at 1,10,96,731 while, active cases stand at 1,64,511.

With 113 deaths in last 24 hours, death toll rose to 1,57,051.
