Some Palestinians pin hope on Biden to reverse Trump's policies

Israel’s recent rush to authorize the building of thousands of Jewish settlements on the West Bank and forced clearances of Bedouin camps have been condemned by the United Nations and European Union.

But US President Joe Biden has, for now, remained silent on his policy for Israel and the Palestinians.
