Watch: SDRF chief leaves for rescue operation in Chamoli

SDRF chief Navneet Singh Bhullar left for the ongoing rescue operation in Chamoli.

A glacier burst took place in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district on February 07.

So far, 16 people have been rescued, who were trapped in a tunnel near Tapovan area.

Glacier burst claimed lives of at least 7 people with around 170 people still missing.

Disaster also led to the rise of the water level of Dhauliganga River.
