Chakka Jam: Adequate security force deployed to maintain law and order, informs UP ADG

Amid 'Chakka Jam' call given by farmer unions, Uttar Pradesh ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar on February 06 informed that administration has deployed adequate security force to maintain law and order situation amid farmers' protest.

"Uttar Pradesh Police and administration have maintained security since farmers' protest began.

We have got support from farmer organisations, with their cooperation and our effort no untoward incident has happened so far.

Today also, we have deployed adequate security force," said UP ADG.

However farmer unions have excluded Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Uttarakhand to avoid the mishap during the 'Chakka Jam' protest against the new Centre's three farm laws.
