Trade Secretary "confident" in vaccine programme

International Trade Secretary Liz Truss says she is "confident" the UK's vaccine programme will be delivered, having received assurances from the EU that the jabs will be exported to the UK.

Ms Truss also said the UK does want to support other countries with their vaccine programmes but once "further progress" is made in the UK.
