Farm laws: 'Each side has to take steps to reach solution,' says Minister Narendra Tomar

Amid the continuous deadlock over farm laws between the farmer unions and government, 8th round of dialogue will take place on January 08.

Ahead of the meeting with farmers, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said, "I am hopeful that talks will be held in a positive atmosphere and a solution will be found.

During discussions, each side has to take steps to reach a solution." The farmers' protest in and around Delhi entered 44th Day on January 08.
