Police responded to a disturbance call at the travel lodge monday afternoon.court documents say saw the suspect run by with a backpack and several items in his hand.the affidavit says officers chased morningstar to the wyndham garden parking lot, where he was tased and tackled by officers.police say during the struggle morningstar took a gun out and fired multiple shots.morningstar is hospitalized with life threatening injuries.the shooting remains under investigation.
