Where People Are NOT Going Due To Coronavirus
According to Business Insider, six in 10 people said they plan to avoid public areas, like shopping malls, if the coronavirus outbreak gets worse.
The feedback comes from a Coresight Research survey conducted this week, which polled over 1,900 U.S. adults.
27.5% of respondents said that they are already changing their travel arrangements and avoiding public areas due to the virus.
47% of those people said they are staying away from shopping malls.
Respondents also said that they would also stop going to restaurants, movie theaters, and sports events.
Deborah Weinswig, CEO and founder of Coresight Research, added, "The broader leisure and services industry is likely to see hits to movie theaters, restaurants and sports events..."
