Canada to review purchase of US-made F-35 fighter jets for 'better options'

Canada's new Prime Minister Mark Carney has directed the defense ministry to review the F-35 fighter jet purchase agreement to ensure it is the best investment for the country. The contract, signed under Justin Trudeau's administration, involved 88 F-35s for CAD 19 billion.
