Washington Plane Crash Kills Many: Trump And VP Vance React To Reagan Airport Mid-Air Collision
A mid-air collision between American Airlines Flight 5342, inbound from Wichita, Kansas, and a Black Hawk helicopter occurred near Reagan National Airport Wednesday evening. The crash led both aircraft into the Potomac River. The plane had 60 passengers and four crew members on board. Rescue operations are ongoing in the area near the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge.
