George Soros backs Kamala Harris as other Wall Street Democrats want a contest

George Clooney has endorsed Kamala Harris for President of the United States following his controversial op-ed earlier this month that asked Joe Biden to step aside in the race. Over the weekend, Biden did end his campaign for reelection and endorse his current Vice President, Harris, in her quest for the Oval Office. Now, Clooney is doing the same. The actor and influential Democratic donor wrote in a statement shared with CNN on Tuesday, "President Biden has shown what true leadership is. He's saving democracy once again. We're all so excited to do whatever we can to support Vice President Harris in her historic quest."
