Thousands of Rohingya feared trapped in fighting in western Myanmar

Tens of thousands of Rohingya, a Muslim minority group, are feared to be trapped in ongoing conflict in western Myanmar. A strong armed ethnic group known as the Arakan Army is advancing on junta positions in a coastal town bordering Bangladesh. The Arakan Army is fighting for autonomy in Myanmar's Rakhine region.
