South Africa's ANC says it won't ditch Ramaphosa to form coalition

South Africa's African National Congress faces a loss of majority in elections but refuses to replace President Cyril Ramaphosa to form a coalition government, as per official results. The party's support dropped to 40% from 57.5% in 2019, winning 159 seats in the 400-seat parliament.
