More than 14,000 people have been displaced by fighting in Ukraine's northeastern Kharkiv region, says the World Health Organization representative in Kyiv Dr Jarno Habicht. On 10 May, Russia launched a ground offensive in the region that has seen Moscow's forces achieve their largest territorial gains in Ukraine in the last 18 months.
