'Israel has not done enough': US President Biden expresses 'outrage' over death of 7 aid workers in Gaza strike

Israeli army chief says strike killing aid workers was 'grave mistake'
Israel's defence chief Herzi Halevi says a strike that killed seven aid workers in Gaza was a "grave mistake" and that the army "is sorry for the unintentional harm to the members of the World Central Kitchen group (WCK)", after the deaths prompted a chorus of international outrage.
