New research shows that 54 companies
are still continuing the policy, and
31 organizations have adopted the change permanently, 'The Guardian' reports.
55% of managers and CEOs have found
that the shorter workweek has had a
positive impact on their companies. .
82% reported improved well-being for
staff, 50% said it reduced turnover rates,
and 32% found that it helped job recruitment.
