Hikers evacuated as Indonesia volcano spews ash tower

Mount Marapi, an active volcano in western Indonesia, erupted on Sunday, spewing a three-kilometer column of ash into the sky. Dozens of hikers were evacuated from the area. The volcano, with a peak of 2,891 meters, is on the third-highest alert level in Indonesia. Authorities have imposed an exclusion zone around the crater....
