At UN, China poses as leader of 'Global South' challenging West

External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on September 23 attended "India-UN for Global South: Delivering for Development" event. During his address, Dr Jaishankar said, “It was appropriate that we started our G20 presidency by convening the voice of the Global South Summit, an exercise which involved 125 nations of the South.
