Libyan city of Derna buries 700 people killed in devastating floods

The city of Derna in Libya has been devastated by flooding caused by the Mediterranean storm Daniel, with 700 people confirmed dead and an estimated 10,000 missing. Heavy rainfall and floods broke dams and washed away entire neighborhoods, causing widespread destruction.
