Poor sleep quality, insomnia linked to consuming energy drinks among students: Study

College students who drink energy drinks have insomnia and poor sleep quality, according to a Norwegian study published in BMJ Open. Even consuming a single can of energy drink one to three times per month is associated with an increased risk of sleep disturbance.
