FDA SUDDENLY 2 Re Classify Legality of WEED? Proves What...?
August 2023, I read an article that referenced the federal Government choosing to recommend, the Department of Health and Human Services specifically recommended the FDA Food and drug Administration Reschedule Cannabis from schedule 1 to schedule 3. I want to use this as a point of reference to validate the FACT that the NDA, FDA, & DEA worked hand in hand for over 2 decades to underhandedly manipulate the peer reviewed access to research on cannabis, while simultaneously studies from the same facilities FIR THE GOVERNMENT were conducted successfully. Few studies from Old Mississippi, The university Of Mississippi where government contractors grew sub par cannabis for peer reviewed researchers. Researchers were to apply to the NDA for research. Not even Anecdotal longitudinal research was allowed if individuals using the cannabis all over the country. This is obvious given DEA and independent third party test results of cannabis potency from the early 2000s through 2014. One can see the need to study the issue, when Californias Medicinal market was and still does to an extent supplied up to 75% of the United States Illicit Market and 10% of the world's. Restriction of peer reviewed research was insane. And the restrictions were legal due to the schedule 1 classification of Cannabis. In 2022 peer reviewed research restrictions were lifted ... Hence you seeing collegiate advertisements for cannabis colleges. However, it's still the same organizations issuing cannabis to be studied, and there's hoops to jump through.
