TISS student moves HC against ‘arbitrary’ suspension for attending protest march

Ramadas KS, a research scholar at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), has taken legal action by approaching the Bombay High Court to challenge the institute's suspension order. The institute suspended him for a period of two years and prohibited his entry into all four campuses based on a recent order.
