Railway cop shooting spree: Officials say motive unclear, read details of FIR against RPF constable Chetan Singh

Constable Chetan Singh shot dead RPF Assistant Sub-Inspector Tika Ram Meena and another passenger in B5 coach with his automatic weapon after 5 AM. He then shot dead a second passenger in pantry car five coaches away, and went on to kill one more passenger in S6 coach, 8th bogie from B5 coach.

A Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable named Chetan Singh gunned down four people on a train. He gunned down his ASI Tika Ram Meena and three passengers on the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Express on Monday. The three deceased passengers were identified as Syed Saifullah, Abdul Qadir Mohammad and Asgar Sheikh.
