A Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable named Chetan Singh gunned down four people on a train.
He gunned down his ASI Tika Ram Meena and three passengers on the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Express on Monday.
The three deceased passengers were identified as Syed Saifullah, Abdul Qadir Mohammad and Asgar Sheikh.
