Khan: Counter-terrorism probe into Heathrow fire is ‘normal’

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan calls the counter-terrorism investigation into a fire that broke out at an electrical substation near Heathrow Airport “normal” saying, “this is not a reason for people to be alarmed”.
